The room was very clean, the bed was very comfartable, overall it was a very nice stay! Very minor notes: The cupboard space for clothes was incredibly limited so I mostly had to live off my luggage during a 5 day long stay & the water in the room wasn’t complementary which I thought was odd - but maybe thats the standard in US I don’t know:D

The hotel was rated a 4-Star. While there wasn’t anything terrible about our hotel or room, there wasn’t really anything “4-Star” about it. The staff was very kind. The warm cookies at the front desk were a TERRIFIC treat (they also have Gluten free cookies). Overall an enjoyable stay.

The rooms are very small. for the price charged, it is not worth. People are good and helpful at Reception, Restaurant (Philly was helpful). Good breakfast choices. Better to book without breakfast and pay onsite. location is great for walking around. mattress is extra soft and creates backache. I would prefer a bit firm mattress.
