amazing breakfast buffet, great staff, great location. our room had terrible wifi if at all, and no hot/warm water, we had cold showers. we complained once but not much changed. the resort is quite big and maintained well.

The resort is amazing! Close to all the bars and restaurants and nightlife Ao Nang has to offer, yet far enough away (set back from the main road) that it’s peaceful. The private beach is a huge bonus as the beach line gets quite busy there. The breakfast buffet was great! The rooms were wonderful and clean. Excellent resort with a great price!

The highlights of the resort are the private beach access and the location right on the main street with plenty of shopping and food options. Downsides were that unfortunately one of the rooms we booked was full of mosquitos and had a sewage smell. It was quite challenging getting the staff to change our room but we were eventually changed to a very nice and clean room. Additionally we had scheduled a private pickup shuttle from the airport which they forgot to send. Overall service wasn’t great but if you’re going to Krabi for the beach and beach town then this place is worth it.

Our group of five really enjoyed our time at this resort. We appreciated the shuttle service from the airport. We all enjoyed the options at the breakfast buffet every morning. The pool area was relaxing & we enjoyed the swim up bar. Our rooms were very comfortable. This is a really really great hotel. Spotlessly clean - big thank you girls for the housekeeping! Set just off the main strip but very quiet, beautifully landscaped and right on its own private beach. The accommodation is wonderful, the Plunge Pool villas with sun loungers and chairs for relaxing with a few beers after a hard day island hopping from one of the nearby longboats ….,fantastic! Really great suite with a private pool! The breakfast buffet was really great! The beach was amazing. Quick easy walk to shopping -food and nightlife. Though The hotel beachside restaurant was never open & the kayaks were never available because staff was never around. Staff helped with broken AC quickly. Overall good place!!

We stayed in Pool Villas during Christmas and they were amazing. The resort itself has a very nice pool and is directly at the beach, but it is lovely to have your own pool just getting out of your bedroom. The villas were well equipped, the staff was amazing and friendly, the beach in front of the resort is the last one in the row, so it is not crowded at all, yet you can walk a long way one direction if you want to. You can also take the long tail boats just few minutes away from the resort if you want to visit Railay. Walking out of the resort you are directly on the main street with loads of good restaurants, cafes, shopping or massage options. Overall very positive experience, thank you for making our stay amazing. We will be back.

The rooms with the private pool are spacious and decorated in a natural theme. They are wonderful accommodations. We didnt want to leave! The grounds are set back from the street so ot is private and quiet with lush plants along the walk walk ways. It backs up to the beach and yet is walkable to everywhere! Walking distance to many restaurants, the beach is steps from my room, they provide beach towels, many louge chairs on the beach for guest, rooms where very spacious, with air conditioning the staff was very helpful with any situation that came up. Would recommend this hotel to anyone thats want to be right on the beach, and this beach is kid friendly sandy swallow warm water. Very quiet at night. I would differently book here again.

Overall we had a good stay here. The room was big and we had a lot of space. But everything was run down. Our chair at the room was about to break, it seemed like there once was a shelve in our bathroom and it did need a serious cleaning. Our balcony was full of algaes. The pool was so dirty and looked very old. The kids club was good but messy and dirty too. We asked for a serious cleaning down there the first day, but that never happened. The staff was very friendly and smiling all the time. The daily cleaning at the room was very good. The beach was very good and definitely the best at the hotel. I would not book it again.

We love the hotel, it's our second time at Krabi resort, we toos the beach front pool Vila and it was amazing. It seems that there are ereas in the resort that are not maintained like we expect from such a resort. For example the pool is very nice but the vibes are..mmm Well doesn't exist, not music, no food menu, OK drinks.. And no one there.. We spent in that hotel 12 days in total most of the time the pool was empty.. Once we saw very few peoples. The location is great, walking distance from the night market, restaurants, boat service to other beaches and islands.
