Shower booth drainage issue; the shower booth drainage failed, causing the floor to get wet. I complained, but it was too late to change the room since it happened in the morning on the day of check-out. I would recommend that as soon as you check-in, check if the drainage is actually working . I can’t believe I paid almost $300 for that room.

Not worth its name or the price tag

-overly crowded, during check in and breakfast. We had to wait in line over 30 minutes to get breakfast. -there is something wrong with how the elevators operate in the hotel. Light indicator jumps around all over the places and its hilarious to watch other guests trying to figure out which one they have to take. There are many other reviews stating this issue but i dont know when the hotel will fix it. - The highway nearby makes a quiet rest impossible even at late night

Poor customer service and low quality food

The level of customer service was unexpectively low. Take almost 10 minutes to complete the check-in procedure. The «hot» food in the breakfast buffet was cold, and the salmon served was off. Salt and pepper fispenser was not clean, and coffee machines not servived. Also the service on the rooftop bar was very poor. Lack of general «quality» of staff and not good enough english language cometence. Seems like poor quality chef’s and food dept manager.

숙박과 식사는 전반적으로 만족하지만 체크인하는데 너무 오래 걸렸어요. 이미 체크인에 대한 고객 불만이 많이 있었던 알고 찾아갔지만 막상 체크인데 한 시간 기다리라고 하니 기분이 굉장히 안 좋더라고요. 3시에 체크인 고객이 몰린다는 것을 알고 있다면 고객 편의를 위해서 레이트 체크인 하는 분들한테 편의를 제공하는 혜택을 마련하여 체크인 고객 시간대를 분배 시켜야 된다고 생각합니다. 예를 들면 4시나 5시에 체크인하는 고객에게는 할인이나 음료 쿠폰 식사 할인권 등에 혜택을 주어서 체크인 고객이 특정 시간이 너무 몰리지 않도록 만들어야 합니다.

휴가철이라 그런지 사람이 너무 많아서 체크인 시간이 오래 걸렸고 수영장은 좁은데 사람을 너무 많이 수용해서 수영을 제대로 즐기지 못했습니다. 객실은 바로 옆이 고속도로여서 차 소리가 다소 들리는 것 빼고는 괜찮았습니다.

매우 불만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.

진짜 이 호텔 최악입니다. 1) 체크인 대기 한시간이상 걸리고 웨이팅 시스템 오류로 대기하는 동안 순서가 건너뛰어져서 오히려 시간이 갈수록 순위가 뒤로 이동했습니다. 1시간 30분 기다렸는데 40분 늦게 체크아웃하라고 하네요. 큰 인심 써주신듯. 어차피 엘베에 사람이 너무 많아서 예정된 시간에 체크아웃 불가능합니다. 2) 주차공간이 매우 부족해서 차를 지상 인도위에 주차해야 했습니다. 더운 날씨에 내려서 이동하는것도 고역이었고, 다시 차량에 탑승할때도 달궈진 차량에 들어가야했습니다. 3) 호텔이 좀 외진곳에 있다보니 호텔 내에 편의점이 있는데, 밤 10시 이후에는 무인으로 운영되서 구매할 수 있는 품목이 제한적이었네요. 고객입장을 고려하기보다는 본인들 비용을 우선시 하는듯한 느낌입니다. 4) 직원들의 친절도가 매우 낮아요. 기본적인 교육부터 다시해야할듯 싶네요. 5) 객실의 청소 상태도 좋지 못했습니다. 장식장 위에 먼지가 뽀얗게 쌓여있는걸보면 언제 청소했는지 의심이 드네요. 6) 전반적으로 인건비를 절약하기위해 적은 수의 직원을 배치한 결과인것 같네요. 여기는 직원들이 감당할 수 있을만큼만 예약을 받으셔야 할듯
