Very good place - great location (on Gran Via and few minutes from all cnteric places), good service (availability on Whatsapp even if you are remote), clean, very good shower. The only small thing that wasn't perfect were the pillows - both me and my husband didn't feel comfortable with them

Great central location for a comfortable stay.

Great location, very central. Decent sized room, large comfortable bed. Would have liked to have some milk supplied in the room to go with tea provided, otherwise cannot fault the room. We had an internal facing room, so no view but this also meant a quiet and undisturbed night away from traffic noise. The entrance hall is shared with other establishments and is rather tired and dated - could be very off-putting for some people - but once inside WooHoo it is modern and spotlessly clean.

Heart of Madrid

A very conveniently located hotel in the heart of Madrid. You need to confirm your arrival time with the hotel staff for the check in. It's located on the second floor of a building. the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Get sick from moldy air and bad accommodations

Our baby and us got sick from moldy air on the room and dusty blankets. I had asthma due to the air quality on room (i havent had asthma in over 25 years), and our baby suffered so much we had to move to another hotel. Water heater did not worked first two days, later we learned there was a trick of leaving bathroom faucet open so that shower heats up. There was a broken light that always was “on” so we couldnt sleep with dark room. And there were 2 ants farms around the bedroom floor piling up. For the price you pay, this is the worst experience we have had on a Madrid Hotel.

Very recent and clean, but also two minor points

In general the accommodation is very recent, clean and well equipped. I had two problems however: my room was noisy because of street noise, which lasted until midnight, and unfortunately I also had ants in my room. For the rest it was very clean, well equipped and good location. These are only rooms, so do not expect breakfast.

Difficult getting there, due to GPS from website, as they have multiple locations. After arriving things improved. However, someone left door open at entrance and i could barely get out of building, due to a homeless person up against the door. A little much at 5:00 in the morning!
