WTH is a deposit needed for

Just add a hundred dollars to your stay because a hundred dollar deposit is needed to check in and they don’t take cash.. This isn’t the Waldorf.. Everything else was fine. I won’t be staying there again .

So close to airport, and easy to manuever around the area without getting stuck in heavily trafficed routes. Staff was friendly, courteous, and willing to search for answers to our questions, rather than just guessing. Wonderful staff.

Served its purpose

Staff was nice. Checkin and check out was quick and easy. Room was visually appealing, at the same time it smelled of wet musty towels. Like when you’ve left your laundry in the washing machine too long. Didn’t care for the breakfast all that much. Kids really enjoyed the stay. It was a place to lay our heads for the night and that’s the main thing we needed.

They do not care about the guests

The first room that they put me in smelled extremely terrible. It smelled like dog or cat feces. I went to the front desk and asked for another room. The front desk attendant during the evening was very rude and was rushing me. Also, when I checked in on the website, it gave me an option to have complimentary late check out at 12, I picked that. And then also, if put my card on file for incidentals. When I arrived at the hotel, he said I couldn’t have late check out and that he gets to choose who gets late check out. Also, while my card was on file, he charged me an additional100$ thag I am trying to get back now.
