Very friendly service. Cheap hotel. No arco. Old room, old bathroom. Dirty carpet. Clean bed and sheets.

I work all over the world and have stayed in hundreds if not thousands of hotels, and this is by far the worst I have ever witnessed. Outdated, filthy throughout, terrible rooms, and a really really unsafe feeling throughout. I did not stay here, I checked in, and after seeing the state of the place immediately left and found an alternative hotel. Avoid at all costs

Clean but very dated. No tea making facilities. No hair dryer and no air conditioning. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast Ok but staff not attentive to the buffet refill needs. Bathroom facilities not very good, shampoo empty, but was replaced when requested, tissues empty, threadbare towels were replaced on request but after three showers. The shower/water direction lever very old and shot off if pressure too high. Definitely not worthy of the Wyndham name but a cheap overnight stay.

Es stinkt im Hotel unerträglich. Das Zimmer war völlig runtergekommen und im Bad hat es fürchterlich gerochen. Das Inventar war sehr alt. Ich habe mir in einem Geschäft Badelatschen gekauft, um bloss nicht mit dem Fussboden in Berührung zu kommen. Das Personal ist recht flapsig und ungepflegt. Im Zimmer lag noch ein Handtuch vom Vorgänger auf dem Boden. Die Lage war ok. Das war aber auch das einzige.

Got in late and the guy at the front desk had no idea how to check us in. Took 30mins for us to pay the city tax while he was face timing someone to walk him thru doing it.

Ist alles schon etwas älter, aber soweit ganz ok - insgesamt etwas einfacher als ich bei Wyndham vermutet hätte. Das Hotel ist aber gut organisiert, und das Personal ist freundlich und kompetent. Großer Parkplatz. Gute Lage - angenehm ruhig nachts und nah an der Zeche Zollern.
