Good value and location

Warm welcome on arrival and even tried to arrange a ground floor room due to an injury
Richard, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

positives ; comfortable mattress, clean room negatives; customer care appalling, damp room, very unwelcoming( except for a nice cleaning lady who actually spoke to you), couldn't eat breakfast in peace, one member of staff banging chairs, plates, cutlery with no consideration that customers were trying to eat their breakfast. I frequently stay in Plymouth and so far this has been the worse experience for being so unwelcoming, if you are wanting a welcoming holiday experience, avoid this place.
