Conveniently situated next to the harbour so a good overnight stop if you are at catching the ferry to the Scillies. Very friendly staff and a good pub restaurant. The room was fairly small but comfortable and very clean. Overall I good value

Great location next to trains, and a fantastic pub/hotel with a very welcoming & friendly vibe. I wasn't expecting breakfast so this was a bonus to me! That said, rather pricey and not too good at being environmentally minded (single use plastics for soap and tiny bottles for example).

Very traditional old English inn. Small cosy rooms, no air conditioning, no elevators , very friendly service. Breakfast is included and a great breakfast - close to train and bus station. City shops close by 6pm Would stay there next time again

The Longboat provided excellent service .The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. All worked well. The Longboat does not pretend to be the height of luxury.It provides good solid service which fully satisfied our needs on this short break. The location of the Longboat Inn is fantastic (very close to the train station and in downtown Penzance). The beer selection is great and the staff were great (particularly Ryan). The rooms are small and we had difficulty getting any hot water in the morning.
