Great staff, great breakfast and a superb sleep on a very clean and comfortable bed. Shower could do with being stronger and little toiletries would be a bonus but overall a very good couple of nights stay. Recommended for visiting Bath with just a short train ride from the town.

I was told when I booked that I would receive instructions on how to gwt into the hotyel as th reseption is not manned after 12pm and I was arriving at around 5pm. Great location between Bath and Bristol. Room was quite small and a little tired but perfectly acceptable. Breakfast choice was excellent, we used the restaurant one evening, the food was really good. Parking is available but it’s not a big area and is used by guests and restaurant patrons so it does get busy.

Had a wonderful stay here over the weekend of our wedding. The room was a wonderful size and while nice and clean it was a little tired in places. The staff however were so kind and helpful; going above and beyond time after time to make our stay special. The food in the restaurant was delicious, I would recommend booking a Sunday lunch if you the opportunity. Thank you for such a lovely stay.
