The staff was serviceable and with customer care. The room was beautiful and the price was excellent. One caveat is the proximity to the train tracks and the fact that trains pass theough at any time, even during the night, using their horn as warning.

It was the perfect base for our big family. One of the very few hotels I could find with queen sized beds at a reasonable price. Very clean, extremely friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and they were prompt in dealing with any request. Basic but very comfortable accommodations. Cleaning lady on the 3rd floor was the best. Parking is a little tight especially on the weekend. The food at the restaurant was very good but service was slow and with a few mixups. The menu a bit limited at least for breakfast (still, very convenient and fairly priced). Their garden is gorgeous with beautiful landscaping. And location is amazing (if you want a home base to move around the city to all points of interest).

En general esta okay pero si le falta mucha limpieza al lugar. En la regadera habían dos pinzas para el cabello de metal que ya estaban todas oxidadas y como pegadas al suelo, no se cuanto tiempo habrán estado ahí. Si necesitan mejorar su limpieza

La habitación que me tocó estaba en un rincón que para llegar ahí estaba muy sucio el piso, como que no barren esa zona, y la habitación que me tocó en el 1er piso olía a humedad muy fuerte, del baño salí un olor bastante desagradable

Hotel Ronda Minerva ¡la peor experiencia hotelera!

El aire acondicionado no sirvió, me llevaron un ventilador viejo y ruidoso, no pudieron solucionar lo del aire acondicionado, las puertas están caídas y en muy mal estado, las paredes sucias, los muebles manchados, los espejos deteriorados, la regadera con muy poca a escasa agua y tibia, el gerente muy poco empático y nada atento, las cocheras sucias, en general fue muy caro e incómodo un lugar así ¡NO LLEGUEN AQUÍ ES PÉSIMO! Tengo en video todo evidenciado.
