Our initial room that we were given was very noisy due the air conditioning, however when notified reception we were given another room without problem. Was disappointed there was no where to get any refreshments as the bar only opens later in the day, and with the lack of any local amenities around the hotel, this is disappointing. Overall the room and the hotel were nice, but could definitely do with updating. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Pictures look GREAT but the inside of the room was terrible - Maybe i was unlucky, but was checked in late, room was dirty, no food, bar was closed :-( Very upset - some would say, if you didn't like it, you should have gone elsewhere - true - but was only there for a night to watch a football game, so where i was staying didn't really matter. However, wouldn't go there with my family. Very noisy, bad neighbours - not family friendly at all. Ive attached pictures of the bathroom

This has to be one of the worst hotels I have stayed in for a very long time. Typical rip off pricing when an exhibition is held at Fiera Milano. Breakfast fruit was out of date and rotting , rooms where not clean Lifts were broken , place is run down . I was booked and paid for three nights but I couldn’t put up with it anymore so checked out and got another hotel for my last night.

Not a good “Idea”

Disappointed in this hotel and do not recommend. Perhaps the saying “you get what you pay for” applies however there are details you expect in a hotel. The rooms have almost no amenities. We were lucky to have a towel for showering. Very odd looking room, no night tables. There were no glasses nor simple items like Kleenex tissue. No coffee nor tea available. Tv had no remote and very tiny. Reception was not the friendliest nor was checkout. The outside grounds were not maintained and in need of lawn maintenance. I did not try breakfast and can’t rate this. I would not recommend this location. There are no “do not disturb signs” available and housekeeping early on morning of checkout woke us up when checkout is at 12. It appears to be a business hotel that is trying to save as much overhead/operating costs as possible and it shows. Stay at your own risk.

By far the worst place I’ve ever stayed in, plugs were hanging out of walls, handrails hanging off, doors don’t lock properly, shuttle bus service that is inconsistent and doesn’t run during the main part of the day. Doors bang all night long, constant noise from exposed wiring and air con in the room, toiletries disappearing during the day, dim and flickering lights, only had 1 room clean in a 4 day visit, no explanation on where anything was, really poor breakfast, hole in the tiling of the shower, uncomfortable beds, 1 thin pillow, windows don’t close, gaps around the frame. The hotel is very deceiving from the photos, looks nothing like advertised, wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in!

From start to finish not good! Reception took forever upon arrival! Room was very basic but we didn’t mind that. What we did mind was not being able to have the window open without the stench of cigarettes and weed coming into our room from the smoking area! We were on the 1st floor! The air con didn’t work and in fact the control unit on the wall was loose and could easily electrocute someone! Luckily no kids with us so just laughed about it. Only 1 thin pillow each, so the next morning I asked housekeeping for 2 extra pillows. Never happened and by the time we got back it was too late to get any! Bathroom was basic but fine. The last night was spent mostly awake listening to several students (sounded German) running around the corridors, slamming doors, and making a lot of noise until beyond 1am!!!! Totally unacceptable and absolutely no challenge from hotel staff or even the teachers supposed to be supervising them!!

The short review would be: “Just don’t stay there”. Or “slightly better than sleeping in your car”. The long review would be: Rooms are dirty and worn down; bathroom and shower is almost unhygienic and shower head was moldy Walls are so flimsy you can hear the movie in the room next door Reception staff - with one exception (a lady in the morning)- is inattentive and don’t like their job. Check in is at 3pm not 2 pm as advertised. Shuttle service stops at 11 am so useless if you get there in the afternoon. The hotel is surrounded by an industrial area and at night is quite scary and unsafe. To get to the subway you need to get a bus and it will take you about 20 minutes. So avoid unless you want to ruin your vacay and even if you just need a place to crash for a night find another option.

CECKIN IS NOT AT 2PM as it says on the website, they only allow check-in at 3pm. We planned the trip with what they showed on the website and we had to wait until three and postpone all the commitments we had. We booked two rooms, when we arrived at the hotel they only gave us one room, only after I asked about the other room twice and showed my email did they decide to give me the second room. If you are a lay person, they will cheat you and give you just one room... the shower in the rooms had no water pressure, which made it impossible to wash my hair (since I have long hair) very little water came out of the shower. and also the silicone bathrooms were full of black mold marks. Anyway, a lot of wrong information, don't trust the information shown online, the photos that show the hotel are outdated photos

Not sure if I would stay again.

I was given an accessible room for some reason. It was ground floor and had to go down a hall where there were sections where the lights did not work. Had to use my phone to use the key. The room was awkward. There was a double bed against one wall and a singe on the other wall. The lights were poorly placed too along with the switches. The shower was a walk in and the wall was covered with mildew in the grout, the floor and the rest was clean. There was not toilet paper holder, just a roll propped on the grab bar. The ceiling had all kinds of water stains. Most likely a room similar above, because when I took a shower, the bathroom got flooded, design flaw somewhere in the shower. It looked like they are in the process of remodeling, as the desk and storage shelves were very attractive. But the room should not have been rented out. On the transportation and shuttle service they offer, it is only to the metro train stop by the stadium. This is two trains from the Centrale train station and a challenge from the other train station. I ended up getting a taxi due to a communication breakdown between the receptionist and I and a train strike that started 5 minutes before I arrived.
