Taj by name not by nature !

Poor stay at the Taj Club House. Quality & comfort of room was very poor and shabby. Dirty bed linens, mould on the bathroom wall, cracked floors, grease on fittings etc The pool was green and not maintained. Very dissatisfied with the stay and certainly not what you expect from the Taj brand.

We have booked a family stay for 4 nights at this property, we are used to Taj properties and they are always quite splendid and phenomenal and go about and beyond, however Taj Clubhouse, completely disappointed us, there were open electrical switchboards, even the hotel lobby there were stains on the pillars, the coffee ares in the rooms the lightning wires were all out in the open, I dont know when did this happened but never though Taj group properties will go down to this low standards, I sincerely hope someone in the higher up will read this review and do a strict quality inspection at the property. Staff was good and attentive, breakfast was quite impressive...
