The perfect place to stay just a stone's throw from Stansted Airport. Great breakfast, comfortable beds and a warm welcome (from the Italian gentleman on reception) even though we arrived late at night after a long journey with a toddler. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were super nice, super accommodating, easy to converse with. The property has a wonderful, out in the country ambiance. The hotel was quite at night, in fact at all times.

Quirky manor house Hotel. Nice room classed as a suite, but only high level skylights which really closes it in. Space much better suited to a family room. Very nice restaurant, menu OK, food OK and fairly reasonably priced. If you don't like liw flying aircraft passing overhead every few minutes it's not for you. Overall it was very good value.
