Excellent service and we enjoyed staying on the property. Pool is more off sitting pool not for swimming. Beach access is near by as well as a grocery just a couple doors down. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

hotel location, lobby and restaurant are nice. Low rating due to hotel maintenance and lack of quality cleaning services. Even at check in floors were dirty and through the stay the floors were not cleaned, mopped etc. it’s a potty hotel had potential.

We loved our stay here. The staff is incredible - so friendly. The front desk staff knew our names and used them every time she saw us after check-in. The room was very comfortable. It was easy to walk around beer. It was also conveniently located to catch an Uber to Old San Juan. I would highly recommend this hotel. We cannot wait to return.

We loved staying here! Everyone was so nice, and even according to the locals it was safe to walk from the hotel to near by areas. We are very active and found it convenient to walk to Old San Juan from here and back. Helps with all the eating and drinking! 10/10 recomendé this hotel. Will be staying again!

Nice property very clean and good atmosphere. The room was huge and spacious with a comfortable bed. We had a problem with the water pressure in the shower and the water would get super hot then super cold without touching the handle, very frustrating when showering.
