This is one of my favorite hotel stays of all time top-notch customer service. Everything was clean. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We absolutely loved our balcony and enjoyed looking out at the sky at night. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was ok and they got me in early. However the staff in the hotel was horribly rude everywhere. Restaurants. Front desk. I said thank you so many times to never hear a your welcome. Maybe its a southern thing?? I felt the staff was racist to my black cousin and friend. Theykicked me out of a restaurant for having food from the puzzza place and not eating it...

We got to Sante Fe.. I booked thru Hotels. This place sounded so cool. Got there at 9pm and it was like a ghost town. Except giant parking lot full. Walk to elevators felt like a mile. BEST INACCURACY OF DESCRIPTION OF ROOM?? “DESERT VIEW”

How dare you chambermaid knocks persistently on my door at 8:15 AM calling 'housekeeping' Thus waking me up as she didn't stop knocking until i answered the door. I shall be making a complaint about that to Ken Trujillo. That was out of order and ruined my stay

With all due respect, our dinner at the Red Sage wasn’t up to normal standards. The steak was chewy and the shrimp was under cooked. I know what a quality cut of beef should taste like and that was not it. My wife and I are humble people and we didn’t say anything at the time because we wanted a stress free evening without conflict. Everything else was great!

Buffalo Thunder and it’s surroundings are nothing short of magical. The hills and terrain are Georgia O’Keefe country. The hotel is up to date, quiet, and has great amenities. We were pleased with the restaurant service and the hotel staff is welcoming and friendly.

Good Stay, Needs A Bit Of TLC, Friendly Staff

Our stay was really good, the property is beautiful and well-appointed. You can clearly see the architecture is quite beautiful, however it does need some TLC to bring it up a notch to that next level hotel experience. It doesn't feel like it needs to be modernized, necessarily, it just needs a refresh. Some chairs were worn out, some fixtures were old, etc. There are also a lot of families and kids, for what that's worth. If you're looking for a place to honeymoon, for example, you may want to consider a quieter, more luxurious, more bespoke property. Overall, however, the stay was great, the staff was friendly, and I'd stay here again. It's a great location, close to Santa Fe, close to world-class golf, etc. Additionally, the waitstaff in the hotel restaurant was superb...extremely friendly! Great job by them!
