There was only one nice person on this hostal Iram he will do anything to make you comfortable stay, first when we arrived they said it was no parking available and when I mentioned that in the post they offered parking and the reason why we chose this place they said they will move around if not the car will have to stay out side in one night we saw someone braking in to a car outside so not to safe to leave it out, we got also small roaches in the kitchen, the wi fi didn’t work and no signal inside of the rooms, Iram was the only person in this place to try to fixed by changing the modem 3 times

Cons: Room not super clean (hair on the new sheet), shared bathroom / shower is also not super clean but tolerable, kitchen needs maintenance, the area is sketchy after dark if you are woman traveling alone.

We’re staying in a family suite with three rooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a small kitchen that has a microwave. For the price, it’s definitely great value. However, the soundproofing on the side facing the main street isn’t great, so light sleepers might want to keep that in mind.

The attention was excellent. Everyone was very friendly. Breakfast was homemade. We stayed in one of the apartment suites. 3 Br 2 Ba. Very cozy and clean. It is an older building but very well kept. The ONLY negative is the hot water for showers is not constant. Besides that everything was great. For large groups I would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel for your stay. Will be our goto in CDMX.

It was a terrible experience, arriving we noticed there were many man just walking all over the "hotel" it seemed not so appropriate mostly if you have a littl girl with you. Also the rooms are ridiculously small, they only have bathrooms and showers on the bottom which means if at 2 am you need to use the shower you must walk all the way to bathroom in the bottom. To me it's not a hotel it's more like a hostel.

The first night I landed there was no hot water, it was super cold water when I talked to the gentleman there he told me to stop talking before I finished my sentence. I was promised a tv and 2 beds but it was one bed and a sofa. Not only that the rooms are very tiny and clustered. Not enough space for 2 much less 3 people. There was no bathrooms in the rooms, when we showered it had to be shared with everyone in the hotel room, same thing with brushing our teeth. I personally feel like it was wrongfully advertised.

No dice en la publicación claramente que es un hostal. Las paredes de entrada de cada habitación son de cristal y solo tienen una cortina para dar privacidad. El frente del edifico no está anunciado el hotel y se batalla para encontrarlo. Los baños no solo son compartidos sino mas bien son gemrrales o comunitarios.

El lugar está muy cómodo, bien ubicado y limpio. Nos gustó mucho la variedad de desayunos que hubo durante nuestra estancia y el trato siempre fue amable, aunque la comunicación por WhatsApp y por la misma aplicación de Expedia no siempre era la más rápida. Nos quedamos en el departamento 2, que está en muy buenas condiciones, el único detalle es que controlar la temperatura del agua en la regadera no es lo más fácil, o salía hirviendo o helada. Una sugerencia sería también señalar cuál era el shampoo y cuál el jabón, pues estaban ambas jaboneras en la regadera sin forma de distinguirlas. El otro tema que tuvimos fue con el wifi, nunca fue estable, se iba y regresaba y no cargaban bien las cosas. Creo que esto fue un problema temporal, pues cuando leímos las reseñas antes de reservar nadie comentó nada al respecto, pero en nuestra estadía lamentablemente nos tocó así. La ubicación del hostel está súper, la estación del metro Guerrero queda a unos 10-12 minutos caminando, hay un Bodega Aurrera en la misma calle y múltiples negocios de comida alrededor. La zona no se ve como la más bella de toda la ciudad, pero por lo que vimos está tranquilo. Eso sí, es una calle bastante transitada, incluso en las noches, si están en una habitación que dé a la calle, lleven tapones de oídos. En general, volvería a regresar sin problema, incluso después probando las habitaciones con baño compartido (el departamento donde estuvimos tenía baño privado) y lo recomendaría ampliamente. :)
