The hotel is even more fantastic in every aspect, considering it is in a small town far from Bogotá. The rooms are big, with a bathtub, a great combination of luxury and colonial style. The crew was super attentive, and the food and beverage were great.

The restored and adapted property is beautiful and location could not be better! There is a great combination of rustic and chic environment with tasteful decoration! Although the weather in Villa de Leyva is very pleasant and may justify the absence of air conditioning, we missed a ceiling ventilator, because the room can get very hot after a sunny afternoon and makes sleeping at night very challenging. We also missed a frigobar to cool our beverages. These two details will make this property a must to stay or visit in beautiful VdL!

My friends I I were recently at this property to celebrate my Bday. We the best experience, the staff was extremely friendly and, the property looks immaculate. The food had a great presentation and delicious. I highly recommend.

This was a great hotel and a great value! The rooms felt brand new and the food was great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be that if someone reserves the Jacuzzi in the morning, the hotel should have known to turn it on so we didn't spend the entire reservation waiting for the sauna to warm up and the water in the Jacuzzi to get hot, which unfortunately never happened.

The property is lovely. The only thing I would suggest is changing the shower tub combo. We had a mini suite and I was excited for the claw foot tub, but the valve that changes water from overhead shower to tub filler was missing so it only operated as a shower. You have to stand in the tub to shower and it wasn’t balanced and would shift from side to side which is a bit unnerving. I would prefer no tun or fix the issues. I also wish there was a fan so the room didn’t get stuffy. Otherwise a beautiful hotel, loved the space and the staff was nice and everything was very clean.

The property did not process a refund despite missing my reservation and sending me to a partner hotel of a much lower category. They clearly lack a service attitude and care for their customers.

Beautiful and clean property. But not happy that I was charged a sales tax and this was never disclaimed in the website when boooking. I tried 3 times to get an explanation with Expedia customer service and was useless. Also, at check out I had restaurant expenses I didn't recognize, they weren't mine so i had so spend an hour with the admin to get this removed. Is a petty because is a bitter sweet aftertaste
