Great stay. The hotel is in a walkable distance to some attractions in city centre. Staff friendly and supportive. And the room is excepcional, spacious, confortable, with a living room, fridge, Coffee, plus.... Today they gave us a free complimentary breakfast. And the restaurant very recommrnded. Staff were welcoming, helpful, professional. My room was spacious and clean. I love having refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. Too bad there was no microwave. The living room with the second TV was very appreciated. Thank you!

Traveling with a coworker to check out Anchorage since we are working with native populations in a village. We’re first placed in a first floor room facing parking lot with old water damaged carpet. Front staff was able to move us after a bit of complaining. They do have security on sight. The second day maid service skipped our room and management had no idea why. Maids never replaced sugar for coffee. The room is oddly designed. Only one sink outside the bathroom. The toilet doesn’t have a lid so you can’t put your clothes anywhere when showering. Just not comfortable. During checkout they were accommodating by letting us check out late and kept our luggage since we had a late flight. It’s a close walk to downtown. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Would have been better to just stay at the Hilton since this place’s rates are not low enough to make up for its shortcomings.
