Our second year here and plan to come back for a third. The staff is so nice and helpful and the place beautifully maintained. Great outdoor area for grilling and chilling and right on the lake; put your swimsuit and walk across the street and you are in the water!

It’s the quintessential beach town motel

We loved this place!! Location was AMAZING it was super clean, great amenities. It’s the quintessential beach town motel. The only thing that would have made us feel like better guests is if there was a broom in the room. As much as we tried to make sure our feet were clean of sand, our kids found a way to bring it in from the cuffs of their pants, or from their bathing suites and it got everywhere. A broom and pan located in the suites would make me feel better as a guest that we could clean up after ourselves a bit better. Seriously loved our stay, we will 100% be back and for longer.

I like the heritage of the site, with the nice photo print in the living room. I like the keypad lock. The water is close and convenient. The tv is new and good. The ease of access to our suite was easy and we were not bothered.

Very quiet stay for March in penticton. Room appeared to be freshly updated. It would have been nice if the rooms had headboards. The new Samsung smart frame tvs were a nice modern touch with the furnishings. Great comfortable stay

The staff were very personable. Easy to communicate with through text message. The room was clean and adorable. Very well decorated. The location cant be beat. Access to a sandy beach directly accross the street. Walking distance to the canal, tons of great restaurants and cute shops. We will definitely be coming back.

Location is perfect, on the lake, close to restaurants. Old motel but lots of renovations done. The staff is excellent, responds quickly to any needs. Could use a bit more upgrade i.e. mattress. Overall still good value compared to other properties.

This was a great place to stay. We only stayed the one night but I would have happily stayed longer. Check in was so easy with a text that had our room code and number to enter on our own time. We had trouble with the key pad but I had great quick text response and help in solving the problem. The room was clean and comfy and had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Newly renovated motel. Everything is nice and clean. A few steps away from the beach and 5 minutes walk to the town centre is the reason we choose here. The price is unbeatable. Socialē Enoteca Ristorante at the corner is the place for dinner as well. The only drawback is the shower: the water pressure is relatively low, and we need to run for about a minute to have hot water. Other than that, we would love to stay here if we visit Penticton next time. :-)

Upon checking in, staff said they were available 24/7 but when we needed something, they said housekeeping was no longer on site and that we had to figure it out ourselves Bathroom had a very small mirror and poor lighting. Would be helpful if a full length mirror was added!

This is an historic motel located across from the beachfront. It has been nicely renovated. The texting system works well for communicating with management My foam bed did give me a backache.
