We had a great harbor, sea & mountain view from our balconied room. The room, although somewhat small, was very comfortable with very nice decor & comfortable beds. Complimentary coffee/tea & espresso in the lobby was quite a nice feature and the breakfast was over the top excellent! The hotel restaurant was surprisingly quite good as well! It was the perfect spot to access the next phase of our trip in catching the Hurtigruten ship - just a 5 min walk away. There is not a thing negative to say about our stay here.

Sentral beliggenhet. Stort rom, noe bortgjemt i en egen seksjon av bygget. Meget bra frokosttilbud. Ingen bruk av "servicefunksjoner" utover inn- og utsjekk, som ble gjort på en raus å inkluderende måte, helt i tråd med byens slagord 😃

Oppholdet var bra, litt dårlig renhold på badet men ikke helt krise. Manglet toalettartikler som skulle følge med rommet men det ble ordnet så snart jeg ba om det. Mye bråk fra uteliv da det er barer rett utenfor vinduet men det er vell nesten til å vente når man er i en by midt i en helg.

Fint hotell. Skorter bittelitt på renholdet på rom. Litt mye skit rundt på gulvet spesielt nærme sengene. Og glassene på badet var ikke rene. Ellers helt fantastisk frokost og superserviceinnstilt personale som gjorde en strålende jobb.

Flott, men lite for veganere!

Rommet var flott, men vinduene burde vært vasket. Det var også svært lite vegansk i frokosten, kun en halvfull pakke soyamelk. Det er for dårlig! Thon er uansett mitt favoritthotell fordi jeg liker interiøret og at de ikke har teppegulv overalt. Det gjør det egnet for allergikere og astmatikere. Velger du et superiorrom får du strålende utsikt over Harstad havn!
