The Loacation is Amazing!

The loacation is amazing! Nice hotel and the bed was very comfortable. That said, they definately have room for improvement. Breakfast area was very disorganized and the employees appreared very overwhelmed. And the layout of our room was much different than the photos online and did not make sense. The TV block our amazing view of the river, which was very disappointing.

Pela segunda vez consecutiva que me hospedo no hotel e passo transtorno na chegada. Ocorre que devido alguns eventos a rua do hotel é fechada e não é dado nenhuma informação prévia ou sinalização na chegada. Tive que dar várias voltas até descobrir que tinha qqeu entrar pelo estacionamento do Shopping. Isso me incomodou bastante e sinceramente pode ser que eu não fique mais nesse hotel por isso.

Funcionários simpáticos e quarto limpo, porém pequeno, com alguns problemas de manutenção , como cabides quebrados e locais para pendurar toalhas quebrados. Alguns defeitos nas paredes . Falta manutenção no quarto, para um hotel desse padrão alguns detalhes que não são aceitáveis. Café da manhã lotado sábado e domingos com filas de 15 min, sem a possibilidade de pedir as opções da cozinha devido à demanda , eles não conseguiam atender. Na segunda feira fomos os primeiros do café da manhã, que abre às 6:30, e não conseguimos pedir nada da cozinha de novo pois eles não abriram na hora. Resumindo, o hotel é bonito, mas o preço corresponde a um padrão que não estão nem perto de entregar.

Quarto limpo e bem mobiliado. Café da manhã bom, em local bonito com vista ao rio Guaíba. Ótima área social. O que realmente estragou a estadia foi o banheiro sem porta, com divisória de drywall com péssima acústica e principalmente um vidro enorme do chão ao teto na divisória do quarto / banheiro. Isto causa visualização total do quarto para o banheiro e vice-versa. Quando a luz do banheiro está acessa, ilumina totalmente o quarto e com o chuveiro ligado, com acústica zero, fica impossível descansar e dormir. Seria interessante rever esta arquitetura do quarto/banheiro.

O quarto é muito bom e o hotel é lindo. A vista é incrível. Minhas criticas são com relação à limpeza dos talheres e copos no cafe da manhã, opções de alimentos e bebidas sem lactose, sem glúten no café da manhã e sobre o frigobar que estava congelando as bebidas. Outra crítica que tenho é com relação ao estacionamento que não está incluído na estadia, mesmo eu tendo ficado em um dos melhores quartos do hotel. É cobrado pelo hotel, restando como opção estacionar no shopping.
