The hotel is immaculate, well maintained, and had a lovely atmosphere. The staff are so charming and friendly. Hotel is situated in a perfect area for access to shps and restaurants and jist a few minutes walk to a lovely beach

I have stayed at the Hotel 525 around 10 times due to its convenient location. This was the worst stay of those 10 - shower had mould - room was not particularly clean; there was noise from above ( not the Hotel's fault ). Breakfast was good but that was about it. I doubt I will stay again.

Fantastic hotel in a really lovely resort . Rooms very spacious & beds really comfortable . Spotlessly clean . Breakfast was also very nice . Staff on front desk could have been more friendlier .

Hotel was well placed for nearby bars and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Room was spacious and clean with a balcony looking onto the plaza area. Chairs on the balcony would have been a welcome addition. Would recommend taking a walk into the town and along the seafront.Overall a nice hotel.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the middle of Square 525 and a short walk from the sea. The hotel features a small but adequate swimming pool. We booked breakfast for a week, which was fine, but you can also have a good breakfast at Parking Café across the street, where they serve delicious coffee and cappuccino. The only real downside of the hotel was the incredibly poor quality of the coffee. It's unbelievable that such a hotel would serve coffee of this quality.

lovely hotel and nice staff Pool was just a shallow plunge pool appeared larger and deeper on photos. Bar was not open during our 3 night stay due to staff issues this was rather disappointing

Modern hotel near numerous restaurants.

Love staying at the 525. Near numerous restaurants. Slight downside I reported a maintenance issue when arrived. Sliding bathroom door was off rails. Reception said they would send someone to fix it. On leaving three days later it still was not fixed.

The hotel was, as when we stayed previously, very welcoming, friendly, organised, clean, warm and relaxing. Unfortunately, at 1am when we arrived we were not prepared for a shower that moved around the wall because it was not affixed to the wall nor a toilet roll holder that would not hold the roll of toilet paper for the same reason! Annoying but not enough to spoil our excellent stay at 525.

OK but tired

This was a lovely hotel but the room I thought I’d booked from the pictures and the one I got were different. Be careful. Also, the hotel is on the tired side now so all is not quite up together. Not a huge deal but for the price I paid, I would have expected it. When raised with the management they listened but offered nothing unfortunately.

Kort semester i Alcazares

Vi tog en kort semester på hotell inte långt från vår lägenhet i Spanien. Syftet var lite miljöombyte och tillgång till pool i den värmebölja som dragit in över området. Hotell 525 hade ett förmånligt erbjudande så vi bestämde oss för att prova det. Hotellet ligger i i ett väldigt trevligt område med butiker och massor av restauranger. Det är ca 5 min promenad till strandpromenaden och stranden. Trevlig promenad på kvällen när det svalnat lite. Vi tillbringade mycket tid på hotellet pga värmen. Poolen var inte så stor och bara ca 1 meter djup, men perfekt att sitta och läsa eller ta en drink vid. Det gick även att beställa enklare maträtter i poolbaren. Finns även jacuzzi. Rummet var rymligt och med havsutsikt från balkongen. Dock inga möbler på balkongen. Bra sängar, lite hårdare än hemma i Sverige, gott om plats för 2 vuxna. Hade önskat att det var 2 separata täcken istället för ett stort. Badrummet var rymligt med separat toalett avdelning. Frukost i form av buffé var helt ok. Vi hade det väldigt bra på 525 och kommer gärna tillbaka. Personalen är väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Det finns låst garage under hotellet, ingång på baksidan, det kostade 10 euro per dygn

Spent 5 nights here. Location is great everything is next to hotel. Great selection of bars and restaurants. Check inn was quick. Our room was excellent. Plenrty of space with 2 balconies. We needed to ask for chairs for balcony. Big toilet are with toiletries and robe and slippers. Breakfast was fine not the biggest but still enough choice. Roof top area lovely with a small pool. There are some sunbeds but not alot.

Nice hotel in great location. Have stayed in Hotel quite a few times , it's starting to get scruffy, bedrooms could do with a make over , everything is getting tired looking. The bathroom door was broken, bad smell coming from the sink and shower , only 1 UK speaking channel on TV , slow wi fi , I expect more these days .

In my opinion the suites are really not worth the money, and no breakfast included. I paid over £1k for 5 nights to be told breakfast was not included. The rooms are very tired, and dark, and the bathroom essentials ie shampoo, soap etc are not good quality and there’s no hair conditioner. The pool area has no atmosphere. However the staff are lovely, pleasant and very welcoming, location is great.

Forferdelig varmt på rommet da de ikke hadde skrudd på airconditionen. Putene var som stein og det var ikke mulig å få kjøpt seg en drikke i restauranten gjennom dagen.
