Excellent hotel, pays attention to every little detail, provides an experience for the family and children. Kids club with perfect staff, who even made sure to have a farewell party for the kids. Beach club for adults, adult pool, water park for children, excellent breakfast. Being in Patong without feeling Patong.

Excellent service, food, and drinks. Always felt looked after and doted upon by the staff. Pools were beautiful and all facilities were clean and modern. The only negative was that we had a street-facing room with the Hard Rock cafe next door which could be noisy until late. The room is clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning is very sufficient. The hotel pool facilities are great, with a slide that allows children to play. There are many dining options, and I recommend choosing an all-inclusive package. Breakfast can be quite crowded, and the bacon is often unavailable. The scrambled eggs need to be ordered in advance, and the coffee area is also very busy. However, the restaurant service is excellent at other times.

The check-in process and the initial refusal to honour the all inclusive offer we had prebooked that was only overturned by the duty manager because he "couldn't find proof" in the booking that it wasn't booked for all three guests left a bitter taste. The implication was very clear that he was saying the booking was somehow invalid. Eventually he 'let it go'. There is some retraining needed on front desk and the duty manager involved. Im stark contrast the staff everywhere else in the hotel were amazing for our whole stay from kids club to restaurants they were amazing. The food itself in the restaurants was of very high quality, and the service was.likewise so

Great experience mainly thanks to an amazing staff running this hotel and its amenities. We came with a 1 year old baby and we had (almost) everything we needed! Everyone's so kind and generous although the hotel seemed very packed and busy! Left us with a great feeling of coming back again in the future The room is a bit small. We reserved a 32 m sqr room, but it doesn't feel this size. We had to upgrade to another one.

여유롭고 조용합니다.

올드타운의 동일계열호텔에서 이동하였는데, 비수기여서 그런지 룸2개중 한개는 준비되었다고 일찍체크인 되어서 좋았으며, 체크아웃할때 2시까지 룸 한개를 연장해주어 아주 편했습니다. 조식은 올드타운 보다 못하지만 그래도 평범했으며, 조용한 위치에 있고 해변에서 가까워 편리했습니다.조식중 하루는 사람이 너무 많아 정신이없었습니다.전반적으로 좋아요.
