Just an overnight stay. Clean rooms nice open area. Carpet needs replacing. Almost tripped a few times. They need some repair to keep guests safe.

Room is nice and clean. They are undergoing some remodeling so carpeting is in disrepair. A few things in the room need repair but nothing bad Venetian blind won’t close completely but drape will cover window and the bathroom fan for ventilation didn’t work

Second time staying at the facility. It is in a convenient location. Awesome amenities including an indoor pool, goldfish pond and games. Very modern decorations. You can tell it was once an older hotel but the facility has done a good job of updating and continues daily to upgrade. Cute boutiques inside of hotel along with snacks and drinks. While there the facility had a luau party. We didn’t attend but seemed fun! Staff was all excellent as well. They even provide airport shuttle which was very convenient when my flight got cancelled!

I read all of the reviews and they looked fairly good. The place is wore out. Paint was falling off of the ceilings. Walls in the bathroom were peeling off. The plug ins were so wore out that I couldn’t keep the plug ins plugged in. I would not recommend this place

The pictures were n the website are very misleading. The rooms are rundown and outdated. The light constantly flickered off and on, the tv remote didn’t have batteries, the room did not have a phone, the bathroom wasn’t visibly clean, the table was scratched up and not clean, the chairs had stains, the carpet was fraying and pulling away from the bathroom floor, there was paint missing from the walls and a black “X” spray painted on the carpet floor. It definitely gave off the “no-tell motel” vibes. The reservation also said 2 queen beds and they were doubles.

A very well updated Hotel. The breakfast was full service with eggs, bacon and potatoes. Loved it! Indoor pool was nice and it even has a small putt putt section and a large connect 4 for the littles. For the Adults, there was a very nice bar inside the hotel. and even had a place to play corn hole.

My stay at the westerner was great. They had self check in so I didn't need to talk with anyone after my long trip and could just walk into my room and fall asleep. The room I was in looked brand new and was very well kept. I was traveling with my dogs and the room was very dog friendly with hypoallergenic sheets and faux wood floors. Will be staying again if I'm ever around that area again.
