Great hotel near the as or port. Good stay Overall. However I was extremely disappointed that I booked the hotel as it had a pool, to discover that the pool was closed for maintenance and I should have been informed about this as the booking was non refundable. In addition, the underground free car park was also closed which again I should have been informed before booking as I had to park in an area away from the hotel which was not secure. Both of these were main reasons for booking this hotel snd therefore not acceptable to be told about this on arrival. So whilst the hotel is nice, I would not have booked it in the first place had I have known this.

Pool not included in price !

We booked this hotel as it was advertised with an outdoor pool and was 4 star in July for a family first visit to Pisa. I was amazed to find out that when we checked in that the pool had an additional charge of €15 per person per day! I travel extensively for business and personal and have never encountered this. Furthermore it was not transparent this was the case on booking. If it was transparent I would not have booked the hotel. As a family of 5 who only wanted an hour or so at the pool €75 per day was extremely unexpected and frankly absurd for a small 15m pool. I would not recommend for a family.

Everything was perfect and clean, and the area was very nice. The only issue we faced was the noise — we could hear dogs barking from other rooms or in the hallway throughout the night. Additionally, footsteps and activity from the rooms above made it difficult to fall asleep, with the noise continuing until midnight and starting again early in the morning

Absolutely amazing area to stay at , I don't think there was a single thing I could think of that wasn't a 5* experience from the art to the rooms to the dining I absolutely loved it and will make my way back again the next time I am in the area. (My wife loved the cheesecake so much that she asked about it for breakfast lunch and dinner so needless to say the food was amazing I preferred the restaurant at the hotel to any restaurant I have been to here in pisae and that speaks volumes by itself.) Clean, modern room with good amenities. Bed was very comfortable. The on-site restaurant was amazing. Elevated fine dining in a uniquely designed setting. While close to the airport, the quickest route is by taxi which the front desk can call for you but depending on need, it can be a wait. Uber is not an option.
