Beautiful hotel, very clean and well maintained, staff very helpful. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times, the food was very nice and the breakfasts were equally very tasty. If I were to find myself in Villadolid again, I would stay here without hesitation.

Quite a nice hotel, a little further out of the centre of town that ideal, but taxis are readily available! Quite a large cost to use the Spa which I thought was excessive and sadly the gym was closed - my husband would have liked to use it.

We booked this hotel over others because it boasted a pool and a spa and after a very long drive that’s exactly what we needed We requested a double bed but got twins When we asked about using the facilities we were told we couldn’t use the pool as it was too cold and the spa was only open at the weekend None of this was explained in the hotel information

Gutes Hotel mit angenehmem kleinem Pool (und etwas wenig LiegestĂŒhlen) am Stadtrand. Zimmer gut und komfortabel. Gleich gegenĂŒber hat es ein Einkaufszentrum mit vielen Essoptionen. Parking auf der Strasse möglich sonst im hoteleigenen PP.

Nous n’avons donc pas pu profiter de cette prestation pour laquelle nous avons payĂ© et qui a motivĂ© notre choix de l’hĂŽtel. Dans ces conditions, il me semblerait juste qu’un geste commercial soit accordĂ© de la part de Hotels.com pour compenser ce dĂ©sagrĂ©ment.
