The check in process was easy. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Our housekeeper was phenomenal and very attentive. My only complaint is that the pool isn’t really heated. But overall, great stay! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I LOVED my stay. The family suite was even better than the pictures. What a gem of a place. The staff (Kamur and Chuck especially) were kind and helpful. They both went out of their way for me. I can’t say enough about this place or the staff… i was so sad to leave!

The room was really nice, updated and modern. The location was prime, easily walkable to beach, boardwalk, restaurants. You also get beach tags included with your stay which is nice! The stacked parking is a little tough. You either have to be blocked in or leave your keys with the staff. Ended up parking at a nearby lot to be able to use my car during the stay. We did the online check-in but never received the room code and needed to find someone, but we arrived later in the evening and the only employee was doing work at the pool. Overall would definitely stay again!

The Forum is an updated, family friendly motel in OCNJ. The front desk was friendly, and I appreciated the easy check in. The bathroom is modern and spacious. Parking is fine, and easy walk to the beach. I love that they have an outdoor shower to rinse off sand. I would stay here again!

Booked the suite and it was very clean either newer interior. You can tell the property is investing in aesthetics and improvements. It’s close to the beach / boardwalk and retail options on Asbury so very convenient place to stay.

The property was clean and in a great location. Had many new renovations. Only suggestion would be to switch up the doors on the balconies since you had to keep it propped open or you would get locked out. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable clean and convenient

Hotel staff was great! Friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. Great location close to the beach and boardwalk. The only problem we had was with the bathroom door. The barn style door is cute but not very functional, it fell off several times. The staff was quick to fix it.

The property, including the room, was clean and the staff was friendly, helpful and responsive. The property is starting to show its age a bit so some renovations are probably necessary. The biggest issue we had was the noise coming from Atlantic Ave. We stayed in a room that overlooked Atlantic Ave and while the noise from the street is not something the hotel can control, a bit more soundproofing might be helpful. It was especially loud at 6:45am with the multiple garbage/recycling trucks and nj transit buses.

Very hospitable staff and easy check and check out process. Parking is easy and if have to park in a stacked spot, the staff can move your car for you if needed. Beach passes were provided during the stay and a free gift bag was given during check in. The rooms are very nice, clean and updated. Tv has satellite and options for hdmi ports for video game consoles. Very nice pool access during the day. The only downside would be noise levels despite a noise curfew in place. If you are a light sleeper, be aware the doors to the rooms are heavy and every time someone enters or exits their rooms, you will heard the doors slamming shut. Also, you can hear the transit buses since there is a stop right outside the hotel across the street. If you like to sleep in darkness, I recommend an eye mask since the curtains are not completely light blocking. Otherwise the stay was very pleasant, safe and very close walking distance to the boardwalk and beach.

Poor remodeling job. See attached photos

Rooms were redone poorly. The curtains did not cover the window fully. All night we had very bright lights while sleeping. Day people could see our room. Little privacy. I asked to change room they said no. Then told us maintenance has gone for day and can’t help. They I asked for a late checkout they said no. Lots needs to be worked on there. I even asked for a refund and they laughed.
