5 Star hotel??

Booked a junior suite for a family of 4. The room was small. Definitely not a junior suite. It was not set to accommodate the 4 of us although specified in the booking. We had to ask for everything several times (towels, pillows, blankets etc). The mattress had a slope from the middle to the sides. Very small bathroom. Small and old elevators. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

The hotel was pretty but some of the areas that guests had to be wondering through were very old.. the hallway carpets smelled bad. The power kept going on and off overnight.. and the breakfast buffet was not so impressive unfortunately.. not for a 5 star rated hotel resort. Pool area was nice. Gym needs improvement..

Room was clean. The showers leaked and the soap dish was hanging by its screw from the shower wall. Lighting was sparse and challenging to figure out. The bed however was very comfortable.

The service and offerings did not match the price

The Dolce was overall not the best. We had higher expectations, and for the price, it felt over rated. The service was middle of the road. I would not recommend this hotel for the price.
