We were a party of three adults in a double bed room. The room was very spacious and comfortable. There was some remodeling in the lobby but it didn’t inconvenience the guests. This is my second stay in this hotel and I will continue to stay here. The service is excellent.

Absolutely phenomenal property. They have done great renovation. We have been coming here for the past three years. Great customer service authentic Mexican breakfast food. Beds are nice, soft, smells clean and pillows are top-notch as well. Overall, great hotel absolutely recommend it.

Nice hotel

Really nice hotel. There was construction work taking place on the ground floor, the pool was accesible but noisy due to the construction. A good hotel but I really wanted to enjoy the last bit of Mexican sun before my flight home, which I was unable to do. Overall a really nice, comfortable hotel but maybe better to look elsewhere until the work is complete. However, if you don’t care about the pool your stay will be mostly unaffected.

Nos trataron mal, íbamos en grupo y son racistas nos dijeron que no podíamos comer unas pizzas y después de mucho tiempo nos comimos las pizzas afuera en el estacionamiento y cuando íbamos entrando estaban otras personas ahí comiendo pizzas en el lobby. En la suite junior no tuve shampoo ni jabón por 2 días. Una palanca del baño tmb se safo y no la arreglaron. Hotel muy caro para lo que da. No se vayan con la finta de las fotos que tienen. Nada que ver. No se hospeden en este hotel. Mil veces mejor un Holliday Inn. Nos quedamos en este hotel un grupo de niños de 9-10 años y se portaron muy mal y eso que les reservamos 14 habitaciones por 3 noches.
