Loved that this property is smaller and quieter. The views from the resort are amazing. Its super clean as well. Traveled here with a toddler and enjoyed our stay. If you’re looking for a resort with activities though, this will not be it. This is more of a relaxing, get-away feel and its what I loved most about it!

The beachfront view from the rooms was absolutely stunning. The pool and beach areas had plenty of seating and remained quiet and relaxing throughout our stay. I took a morning yoga class with a beach view, which was a fantastic experience and well worth it. There were plenty of activities available if you’re feeling adventurous—kayaking, snorkeling, paddleboarding, volleyball, and more. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We chose to dine mostly off the property to explore Bahamian culture, so I can’t speak much about the on-site food. One thing I would do differently next time is rent my own car. The upscale taxi service was excellent—professional and reliable—but a bit on the pricey side.

Everything was great. Rooms are massive. Only complaint is the extreme cost of food and water in the hotel. A bottle of water in the resort’s restaurants was $12 for example. My wife and I stayed here for 5 days and spent $1,200 on food, eating 2 times a day on average. There is a 15% gratuity and 10% tax on every meal. The 15% gratuity goes to all the workers throughout the restaurant and the waiter still expects their tip. We went to a couple different resorts to visit and every restaurant was this way. All in all, resort is perfect and the best room I have stayed in. Be prepared to spend an obnoxious amount of money on overpriced food in Nassau.

We had a lovely stay at Goldwynn! It was a short family getaway for my big birthday and I just wanted to relax in a beautiful place and this did not disappoint! The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. The entire place and our rooms were impeccably clean. They cleaned daily including the pool. The view from our room in our balcony was like a dream. The ocean is so fast and blue and great to enjoy coffee in the morning or watch sunset at night. What we loved most is that it’s calm and serene here and not crazy and loud like the more famous large casino resorts nearby. If you want a quieter calmer vacation and be pampered this is it! Our son who is 9 thoroughly enjoyed himself at the pool and his virgin strawberry daiquiris :) …. the pool is an infinitely pool which is just breathtaking facing the ocean. The cocktails were fantastic and nothing beats drinking a cold slushy one in a warm pool facing the ocean. All in all, we had a fantastic 5 days at Goldwynn. The only downside was one unfortunate incident where a pipe burst on the property so we had our water shutdown for half the day. But the staff were accommodating with bringing us gallons of water and took some money off our bill for the trouble. It was fixed by the afternoon. Only negative note is how expensive everything was (food, drinks, snacks). The room and property is a fantastic deal but extras were quite pricey. It’s not all inclusive so just something to be aware of. THANK YOU!!! we loved it!

Excellent location, infinity pool right on the private relaxing beach was the highlight of my trip. I booked the gold terrace room and enjoyed the fabulous partial ocean view and golf course view. Very spacious room and loved the spacious balcony. I treated my parents for their anniversary and they were impressed by this resort. Very clean and upscale. I have stayed at the St. Regis in Bermuda and the aesthetic, vibe and outdoor set up reminded me so much of the St. Regis. Staff was excellent, hospitality was 10/10!! I was welcomed with open arms and everyone was so accommodating and kind. OIA was incredible, especially the sushi and the Greek chef nailed the Mediterranean dishes. Outdoor beach/pool bar was wonderful as well, great drinks and food and amazing service. Will definitely be staying here again in the near future.
