Happy anniversary at Hyatt on the bund

Staying at Hyatt on the bund was a wonderful experience. The room has a nice view over the pearl tower and the river. In addition, hotel prepared a cake and special juice at the room for our parents' 50th wedding anniversary. We were so happy and deeply appreciated this hotel's excellent service. THANK YOU SO MUCH, HYATT ON THE BUND! Restaurants are very refined and other facilities are also pleasant to use. I strongly recommend to stay at this hotel if someone is planning to visit Shanghai.

Business trip to Shanghai and hotel location is excellent and very comfortable room on the 15th floor. Great choice of food at breakfast and only one complaint is that the staff are very slow to clean tables. I went for breakfast at 0900 hrs Apart from that was excellent

Over all a bad experience, the persons in the reception could not speak English and the one who did it was very complicated to understand her English. I would expect this from a hotel that was a Chinese franchise, but the Hyatt is an international franchise! I was also not give. The room I payd for with view over the Perl tower but partially if I was very very close to the window I could see it not like in the photos that u can see it as u enter the roomm

야경만 멋진 호텔

번드뷰라서 방에서의 야경은 멋있었습니다 제일 놀란 거는 지하에 사우나 시설 이었는데요. 락카가 오래돼서 그런지 곰팡이 냄새가 엄청 났고. 사우나 안에는 누군가의 빨래가 널어져 있더군요 이틀 모두 빨래가 널려져 있었어요. 정말 특급호텔에서 상상도 할 수 없는 광경을 보았네요. 뷰만 보고 가기에는 조금 더 지불 하더라도 다음 다른 호텔 가고 싶어요. 저는 호텔이 신축인 줄 알았는데, 신축이 아니라 방만 최근에 레노베이션 한 것 같습니다. 그리고 주말 내내 큰 행사가 있었는지 엄청 사람이 많아서 로비가 너무 번잡 했어요. 암튼 지하 사우나 시설이 너무 충격적이어서 다시는 가고 싶지 않습니다.

バスルームが広くて大きめのバスタブがあります。部屋からの景色は夜景も朝焼けも絶景でした。ルーフトップバーからの景色が特に必見で、人気で混雑してるので早めにテーブルを押さえた方が良い。朝食は種類がとにかく豊富で満腹になること間違いなし。ロビー階のレストランを利用しましたが、どの料理も美味しかったです。
