This hotel/inn was a real surprise. It is an older establishment but it has old charm! The rooms are no frill, but the inn has a lot to offer. Plus it is right next to the beach. Great find.

This is a quiet and beautiful beach , quite a hike from hotel. Good for boogie boards and gentle waves! Pool is very convenient and warm! I will definitely come back to this Inn on the beach!! Good breakfast, but same thing served every morning....this could improve. Otherwise all was quiet and nice. Hotel offers umbrellas and chairs for the beach. Quite nice!

Hidden little jem in Cocoa Beach! What a nice place. The staff was excellent from the maintenance guys, which do more then maintenance, to the cleaning lady to the front desk people and on-site manager team. It was a nice stay. Breakfast was fantastic each morning. Room was spotless, huge and COLD! AC set on 70 which is nice when it’s 90’s out and coming off beach. Say hi to the parrots for us!

Pros: free beach chairs and umbrella. Cons: outside stairs with no rain cover, no place to put clothes, no desk, no climate control, no refrigerator or microwave. NOT on beach. It is on a huge parking lot. Ocean view? A tiny strip is in view. That’s it. Think Motel 6 but with pretty grounds and fewer amenities.

A great place to stay that’s adults only. Very relaxing, comfortable and quiet. Nice pool and easy access to the beach. The Inn provides beach chairs and an umbrella upon request. Complimentary breakfast every morning provided by friendly staff. Coffee and tea always available and a social hour every day with assorted cheeses and wine. The Inn is near a lot of restaurants that’s walkable. This is our go to place when vacationing in Cocoa Beach.

Although the decor in the common area is slightly dated but still in fine condition, don’t let this deter you as the rooms are bright, fresh and modern and the welcome and service is second to none. Everything from the free cheese and wine, incredibly well stocked honesty bar and the superb home cooked breakfast, this hotel oozes charm. Loads of parking and great location for the beach and local bars and restaurants.
