Massages are available on the beach and in the spa; other services include deep-tissue massages, hot stone massages, and sports massages. the only thing that was a bummer was all the seaweed on the beach, a seasonal thing but the stay was amazing, staff and the community was terrific. the room we had a penthouse, highly suggested with the jacuzzi, we had a few visitors, a few monkeys trying to drink the water from jacuzzi lol

Love the nightly shows and hospitality from all the staff. So much to do here. The animals on the property were a good sight. The only thing that slightly concerned me was the constant attempts by the staff to push buying some sort of timeshare type thing. I stayed away and didn’t attend. Other than that, the stay was very good and I would return.

Resort has a little bit of everything for everyone. It was our second trip to this resort. Love being one with nature. Really enjoy all the wildlife on the property (monkeys, coatis, etc). Rooms were adequately equipped for our needs. We stayed in the eco family suite which has a soaking tub on balcony. The children also have thwir own sleeping area seperated from main bedroom by a door. Very child friendly. Well maintained pools, friendly staff.

Nice property. Has a lot of nature. Has adults only secrion but everything closes early in that section. Staff is friendly but you have to goto them for service. You wont be waited on hardly anywhere.

The whole experience was great for my kids and me. The only downside is that there were too few ping pong tables for the large number of people there, and the pool tables (only 2) were not in good condition. The rest of the hotel and food are great.

We went to the Riviera restaurant twice and Alejandro Luis, and Jazmin were phenomenal when it came to their customer service! The second time we went we didn’t have a reservation but Jazmin took really good care of us and was able to accommodate our unplanned dinner. Alejandro and Luis were our waiters and they were amazing! Definitely recommend Sandos for families traveling with little ones. We will forsure be back!

Im so sorry that my work money went to this place,kids areas are in such a bad conditions, we all have scratches and wounds in our bodies because of the pool and water park because areas are so bad taken care of, all restaurants closes at the same time so it feels like mandatory to be on schedule, The lobby area is very nice but they don’t have fans so you wont last a minute there. Fogo the brazil restaurant is only good at lunch, dinner there is a waste of time, dinner at the buffet is honestly the beat option for your family. It wasn’t a good experience at all.
