Great for a night in Manitou Springs!

My family of 4 stayed here for one night between our visits to the Royal Gorge and Garden of the Gods. Manitou Springs mostly seems to have independent hotels vs. chains, many of which seem run down (or just vintagey-kitschy?), but this hotel is probably as good as it gets. Room was spacious and clean, pool was great for my kids, and breakfast was serviceable. We also appreciated the proximity to downtown Manitou Springs, which is kind of a hippie town with funky shops and restaurants. No complaints!

Comfort snd customer service!

What a great hotel! The rooms are a good size, the beds are comfortable and the staff was fantastic. We had a huge delay flying in and I had to call to let them know we would be arriving really late (5am in the morning) and you got to speak to an actual person at the front desk, not a computer or a call center. It was great! The gentleman that helped us was so friendly and helpful, just a breath of fresh air after the day we had. It’s super close to everything, I would definitely stay here again.

Great location to Garden of the Gods

Great location and clean hotel. Very comfortable and would stay again. Very convenient to Pikes Peak Conway railroad and Garden of the Gods. The only issue was the bathroom door didn’t close completely but only minor inconvenience. The second floor rooms had a small balcony and there were 2 chairs provided to sit outside. There isn’t a view but the temperatures are so pleasant you want to be outside.

Great location, but…

We were in Manitou Springs to explore Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. This hotel is nicely located for this purpose. Room was nice, even had a balcony. Staff was great. Just know that it sits alongside Hwy 24, so there was some road noise. Not enough to bother our sleep, but if you are a light sleeper. Check out historic Colorado Springs and Downtown Manitou Springs if you do stay here.
