The room was spacious with a big TV screen, comfortable beds, nice shower, close by to beach where you can see the sunset when there are no dark clouds. The beach was about one short block away. Breakfast was great with cold cereals, make-your-own waffle , toast, fruits, yogurts, package small muffins, scrambled eggs, pork sausages. There were usual fruit juices, and coffee. I would have like hot oatmeal. Dinning room was spacious with tables and chairs. The foods were well replenished throughout and not gone when you arrive later.

Smallish rooms, but comfortable

Definitely one of the smaller properties I have been in in a while. Rooms are comfortable, but definitely brought back memories of travelling in Europe-I would recommend getting a double rather than a single king room, as I am sure those are larger. Still-comfortable, quiet and nice beds. I would stay here again. Decent breakfast (as hotel breakfasts go).

Straight forward hotel, at a great price its a walking distance from the beach and a great place to stay if you’re wanting affordability, continental breakfast, clean/safe rooms to recover in after a long day exploring Newport. Highly recommended and quite possibly my top choice for stays in Newport!
