Cet hÎtel est bien situé, par rapport à l'aéroport, mais est assez ancien et mériterait une rénovation complÚte, vu son état plutÎt moyen. Les traces "d'usure prononcée" sont notamment visibles sur la façade de l'hÎtel et ses accÚs (escaliers et couloirs), sur le mobilier mais aussi, et surtout, dans sa salle de bains (lavabo), ce qui nuit grandement à son aspect.
