I booked for 9 people, 2 families, 4 adults and 5 kids. They provided 3 rooms, fitting 1 or 2 adults per room. Not the best idea if the family wanta to stay together. The rooms were clean, but very minimalistic and tiny. Reception was servicing french speaking guests first, then the rest. One of the rooms was not prepared for our arrival. I would never come back as a family, however i might stay as a single person.

The door didn't close without us slamming it, some staff were very friendly but others were quite rude and didn't tell us when the breakfast buffet moved next door until we came downstairs and reception was locked so we knocked until someone answered. The area around the hotel is lovely but the hotel itself isn't the best. It's old, with black mold in the shower railing, orange soap scum staining the curtain and poor ventilation, even worse AC. Says the soap etc is included but provided only one hand soap which was poorly functioning as the bag inside the dispenser was broken. If you like lizards we did see one outside though, very cute.

L'enregistrement heure tardive à la borne simple et pratique.. chambre ça va..par contre pas de chance les oreillers tachés n'avaient pas de housse et une seule serviette pour deux.. c'est dommage.. j'ai su le lendemain lors du petit déjeuner que j'aurai pu demander à l'hÎtel d'à cÎté que j'aurai pu avoir ce qui manquait car présence d'un gardien.. donc ne pas hésiter à téléphoner au numéro d'urgence prÚs de la borne..

Il a fallu aller à la peche aux informations car l'alarme s'est mise en route deux fois en moins d'une heure d'intervalle. Soit disant un défaut de détecteur du a la vapeur de douche or personne n'avait pris de douche (car groupe de sportifs ) et apparemment la personne ne pouvait pas savoir dans quelle chambre ça se passe. Vraiment trÚs déçu vis a vis du sommeil de mon bébé car aucun excuses de la part de l'hÎtel, juste l'entraßneur je pense et des clients qui ont eu pitié de nous
