The hotel is a bit far from the airport and downtown Catania. However, with rental car, I think this hotel is a better choice for the values: it is a 4-star hotel with free buffet breakfast, self parking, and many other amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. For that reason, I booked twice President Park Hotel, 3-day and 2-day stays separately. I would recommend this hotel to travelers having access to cars.

Very nice, great room, but smoky.

The hotel was great overall. The customer service was good. Our only complaint is that our room smelled like strong cigarettes. It was as if someone was smoking while cleaning. Towels, tissue paper, and pillow cases all as if we were breathing in ashtray. Aside from that, the view was great and the pool nice (minus an adult man that kept spitting in the pool!) The staff was fabulous. The breakfast was amazing and dinner very good. It was nice to get up and away from the tiny Italian streets.

The hotel was great, the only disappointment was that the cigarette smoke from the next apartment was traveling into our bathroom. We spoke to the receptionist, they said they would fix it, but it wasn’t.

Nice hotel, out of season so maybe that’s why it was a bit dead. No pool bar, when we ordered drinks via QR code nobody came. Beds quite uncomfortable and definitely need a car if staying at this hotel

When check in after the flight to Catania got disrupted, we arrived after 5 hours by bus. The lady in the reception did not welcome us, she was talking in the phone the whole check in, where there aslo was 10 children runing around screaming at night. The breakfast was a waste. Nothing to eat but cake. The eggs was grey and watery, the bread was dry and the chairs were dirty. The hotel has a bus that takes you in to the city, witch is nice! But when we were waiting for the bus to pick us up, to go back to the hotel- it had forgoten about us. We had to call the hotel and ask them to please pick us up. After one hour the bus came:) The room is not isolated, we could hear people breathing outside. It wasnt allowed to bring any food or drinks to the room. Only having one single market down the road, with the bare minimum. The lady working there was brilliant and sweet, thats the only good thing we can say about that. The employees are were nice and helpfull!

This hotel is a good choice if you have a car and want to visit Catania and nearby towns like Taormina and others. Its location allowed us to drive to towns we wanted to visit without having to deal with the heavy traffic and parking hassles of Catania every day. It has plenty of free parking on site. The front desk staff was always helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. The worst part of our stay was the lack of dining options. There are no "good" restaurants or eateries within walking distance. There are a couple of decent restaurants within driving distance, but as we found out, you may need reservations on weekends and in season. The hotel restaurant is set up to accommodate large tour groups, which usually means mediocre quality food and that's exactly what they serve. Menu is limited, food quality is mediocre to poor and service is non existent. My wife and I walked in for dinner and were told the restaurant was reserved for tour groups and they couldn't accomodate us. Upon our insistence, they reluctantly set up a small table in one corner of the dining room. Service was terrible and food quality was very poor. We never returned. Breakfast is served downstairs. The staff at breakfast is friendly, helpful, attentive and professional. There's a good selection of pastries, breads, cold cuts, cheese, some cereals and fruits. The variety and quality of hot breakfast items like eggs, bacon or sausages are mediocre to poor.

Hotellrommet var nyoppusset og var i fin stand. Rommet var stort med god plass til en familie på 4. Fint med parkering rundt hotellet. Det som trekker ned er at frukosten blir server ned i kjelleren uten dagslys inn, spesielt med tanke på att de har en stor toppetasjen som brukes til restaurant. Men utvalget i mat var fint.

Jevnt over veldig fornøyd. Eneste som kan være lurt å tenke på er avstand fra hotellet og ned til sentrum, og lite taxi tilbud i nærheten. Alltid ledige parkeringsplasser til bil på hotellet! Bartenderene kunne også gjerne tatt ett kurs i å mixe drinker, da dette ikke var så bra.

Nickel. Nous avions une suite familiale sans balcon, mais on nous a vite proposé une solution. Hôtel très propre avec parking. Personnel de chambre très sympathique. Petit déjeuner varié et bon, verre en verre et non en plastique mais dommage en sous sol. Personnel à l’accueil parlant bien anglais.

Value for money!

Positives - huge room very comfortable bed and lovely balcony over looking the pool and sea Staff - especially Marco and Francesco in reception and Lili the pool attendant - all were lovely, helpful and smiley. One grumpy barman. Value for money!! Negatives - breakfast in the basement…the food was decent, but the location was not! Fluorescent lights .. when they have a beautiful roof deck which is set up for functions and I believe they use for private parties… there are many other reviews which say the same thing and it was so true … Our rooms were cleaned and beds made etc but our cups were left full of old tea for 2 days and nothing re stocked. Plus major .. NO coffee… how can you come to Sicily and not get a coffee in your room. I asked housekeeping and she just said they didn’t have any!!! Were there for a local wedding so had more important things to deal with. So didn’t have chance to complain!

Hôtel propre, pratique pour les visites de l’Etna et Catane avec un bon petit déjeuner. La piscine ferme à 19h00 ce qui est très tôt avec la chaleur. Par contre l’établissement fait des soirées privées à partir de 23h sur le bord de la piscine ce qui entraîne du bruit dans les chambres et sur les balcons donnant sur la piscine.

God mat, fin service og hyggelige ansatte. Hadde gjerne kommet tilbake. Selve hotellet er fint med badebaseng og lokal resturang i nærheten. Eneste ulempe var at bygget var gammelt som vi tydelig la merke til i spisesalene og heisen. Frokostbueefen var begrenset og selve resturang menyet kunne ha vært bedre. Beliggenheten var veldig begrenset og vi følte oss veldig avhengige av bil/Uber.

Good service, friendly and very helpful for advice and recommandations from the staff. Breakfast is typical italian with a lot of sweets, coffee is very good and friendly staff at breakfast as well.
