Great value for money and kind staff

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a wonderful stay here. The staff were very helpful and kind to us during our stay. The rooms have all the amenities you’ll need. The spa is also great in terms of cleanliness and facilities provided. Location is very good as well. It is located a small walking distance from the central area which we liked as we preferred some privacy during the night. Overall a very pleasant and I can recommend this hotel with affordable prices. Would definitely book this hotel again!

Excellent Value Hotel, Convenient Access

It was a tremendous value‑for‑money hotel, close to the main sights and conveniently located for transport. The only downside is that while the bus from the airport stops right in front of the hotel, you have to walk one block to the ANA Crowne Hotel on the return trip. So we took a taxi to Sapporo Station instead—it cost about ¥850.

Great service and great location! The staff were always helpful. We traveled with our 1 year old and had a lot of luggage. The hotel staff received our luggage via shipping prior to our arrival since we were traveling through different cities before arriving in Sapporo. The room was clean and had a beautiful view over the city.

Great position there was a bus stop right outside when we got the bus from airport and when you leave bus stop on next block. This was convenient considering the weather. Check in was good we had a room on the twentieth floor overlooking the city which was great to watch the weather roll in. A lot of the sights were only a short walk and main train station was about 10 minute walk. Room was comfortable twin beds with space under beds to put stuff to make more room. The hotel was more European than japanese. Breakfast was excellent so many choices from local to western food. My husband especially like the smoked salmon and caviar

Heater on blast coming into room

When we first came in, the hotel lobby was nicely decorated and the front desk staff were very friendly. It was unfortunate we were told the onsen spa was closed for cleaning one of the days we’re there, and the onsen closes everyday 10pm which is too early. The room is spacious and beds were comfy. However on the 2nd day, we came into our room with the heater blasting. Our room felt like a sauna and it was so uncomfortable! we complained to the front desk and the manager was going to our room to help. the only option given was to open the window, which was super bad since I had allergies and you can hear cars and ambulances outside. the manager gave us a fan and told us to wait until midnight for the AC to turn on. We did not enjoy our stay.

삿포로 방문 시 항상 예약하는 호텔 입니다. 잠자리에 예민한 편인데, 호텔이 조용하고 침구가 편해서 숙면을 취할 수 있어서 좋습니다. 대욕장 훌륭하고 스파 후 무료로 제공되는 밀크 아이스크림 맛있습니다. 삿포로 역에서 가까워 근처 투어 하기도 편리합니다. 덕분에 즐거운 여행 하고 돌아왔습니다:)
