The property was in a good location as I was only staying there one night then moving to another property that was very close by for the next week (flight issue). I did book just a couple of days before. When I arrived no one was expecting me. A man working on the road called for someone to meet me at the front. Two people arrived who were very lovely but didn't know much English (the property is advertised as having English speaking staff). I was shown into a room and put on the phone to the owner who was away, and she explained that I needed to show my passport to the ladies and pay them for the night. I explained, with some difficulty as the line was bad, that I had already paid. She requested I show that proof to the ladies too. I did this and then was left alone. I was given no way to contact anyone should I have an issue and there were a couple. The apartment was very clean and well maintained but the bed only had a thin cover and the fridge was switched off with no way for me to turn it on. There was no guide/manual etc for the apartment. I tried WhatsApp ing a number i found requesting a blanket but got no reply. I went to sleep in my pjs with a sweater on and my coat over me. I had walked to the local shop ad bought water but couldnt chill it and couldn't buy any provisions as i couldn't keep them cool. There was a lot of noise from drilling in the ground outside that didnt stop until 8pm. The pool was very dirty. The place is probably great in the main season.
