Great location, good level of comfort. Spacious room, very decent breakfast and served until midday. Would use the hotel again if coming to Lille on Eurostar. 5 mins walk to Westfield and to the Metro, if it is running!

Room was very clean and comfortable. Myslwf and my 2 children stayed 2 nights. Very peaceful nights sleep. Hotel is right opposite the Lille Europe and under 10 minutes walk from Lille Flanders. We spent 2 days in Lille and 1 day we took the tgv to Paris (only 1 hour away) Staff are friendly and accommodating. Hotel has a continental breakfast, aswell as drinks, snacks etc. Small fridge and coffee maker in the room. A few other guests stayed here and travelled by train to Disney paris. Highly recommend Novotel and Lille, perfect for a lovely mini break.

The hotel is located in Lille centre and easily accessible to all parts, with the train station directly oppposite. Room itself was comfy enough, basic amenities. Main bed was comfortable to sleep in. 2 single beds not so much. They were very uncomfortable for adults to sleep on. Room cleaned well and staff super friendly and helpful. Would recommend for a short stay if in Lille

Lovely Hotel close to Lille Europe train station

Lovely hotel, so close to Lille Europe train station. Excellent facilities I liked the layout of the bathroom, complete with bath and separate shower and separate toilet. Tea kettle and coffee machine, very comfy bed and the pillows are brilliant, not like french pillows at all ! Microwave in the room and there are some ready meals in the reception area that looked good. Great staff, all very friendly and they love to say bonjour. Thank you for a comfortable stay, hope to be back soon.

My family and stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. When I had an issue with reservations they helped me to get to the right persons and get the adjustments needed. I would recommend this hotel due to its excellent location and easy access to train station

Good location right next to the train station. Room was very spacious. Didn't make use of the breakfast because of the price (18.50€ p/p). Separate toilet and bath. Toilet was clean but smelled off old pee.

Very close to both major train stations. For our travel requirements where we took day trips to Bruges, Belgium and Dunkirk, France, this hotel was ideal for us. Rates were very reasonable and staff were efficient. A large grocery store, Carrefour located within Westfield Euralille shopping mall. My three person room had a microwave and mini fridge so this is very convenient. Facility is well cared for and few comments of this establishment may be to have carpets replaced. I did not dine or use any other amenities. I would stay here with my family again and would recommend if you don’t need to stay closer to city center.
