I really enjoyed the strategic location as it is next to a park to walk in the morning and plenty of places to eat. Also, access to transportation was excellent. I would definitely stay hear again.

The hotel was clean and comfortable is not a modern hotel but not that old either. It has a lockbox, iron and ironing board, coffe maker and hairdryer. The only thingh I didn't about the hotel is that It doesn't have a frige in the room and there is no icemaker in the hotel. The area felt safe and the hotel is located about 10min walk from Estadio Azul, there's a starbucks next to the hotel and a few other restaurants including taco places within walkin distance. Worst hotel I’ve encountered. Somehow the hot water runs out frequently in the shower to the point of not being able to take a warm/hot shower (ice cold). Unusable WiFi (when brought up to hotel management, they just shrugged it off and told us to figure it out by connecting somewhere nearby). Hotel management gave us one towel and one toilet paper roll when asked for multiple of each due to missed room service. Some rooms are renovated while others are not, initially we got the non renovated rooms despite booking the renovated ones. They do not provide coffee in the cafeteria unless you buy the full breakfast. Cafeteria food is the absolute worst to the point of feeling sick afterwards. Waitress gave the wrong order multiple times and acted annoyed when told to give the correct one (apparently we were supposed to just accept whatever they decided to give us at their mercy). We chose this hotel due to location but didn’t imagine our experience would be this terrible. Never again.

El trato fue amable. Esta bien ubicado, tiene restaurantes cercanos. Buena zona, segura. Cuenta con gimnasio. Hay un parque a una calle. En cuanto a la habitación, el aire acondicionado tenía un sonido incómodo. Sobre la limpieza, el último me percaté que la pared del baño tenía cabellos (no nuestros), lo informamos en recepción.
