The hotel itself was decent overall, with clean rooms and a great location right in the middle of everything, which made getting around super convenient.
That said, a few things felt a bit off. The reception wasn’t on the ground floor, which was a little confusing and left me feeling slightly uneasy at first, definitely not the usual welcoming and safe setup.
Also, when I arrived early, they wouldn’t allow early check-in unless I upgraded. Initially, I appreciated the option since the price difference was minimal, but after overhearing staff tell the exact same thing to several other guests, it started to feel more like a planned upsell tactic than a genuine gesture of flexibility.
Overall, not a bad stay, but the experience left me with mixed feelings.
