Staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable, the bed a little firm but overall a really nice stay. The breakfast was delicious and impressive. Great central location without feeling too chaotic and touristy. Would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely quiet hotel within easy walking distance of lots of the main attractions and the nearest underground line. Well equipped comfortable bedrooms, friendly staff and a delicious breakfast selection. The small wine bar within the hotel is an added bonus and a great place to chill out with a glass of wine and a few snacks after a long day site seeing.

Absolutely fantastic experience staying at Hotel Ikona. We arrived at 10am and were given our room straight away. The sweetest employee was at the reception and was incredibly helpful and informative. Lovely room, lovely breakfast and they have the most wonderful wine bar in the hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic. We will definitely stay there if we come to Prague again

Great location, main tourist attractions within walking distance. Staff really friendly and helpful. Rooms clean( really warm during our visit) Reception only manned until 7pm so if later flight make sure you know how to check in as main door is key card. Breakfast had a good varied choice. Amazingly convenient to the Charles Bridge and the Prague Castle. More quiet than the eastern side of the Charles Bridge and the hotel was on a nice quiet street. Very comfortable and clean room with an outstanding breakfast buffet with hold options, all inclusive. No frills, boutique hotel without an elevator but added to the ambience of an old time hotel with modern appliances. Would absolutely go back again.

A great hotel in an excellent location.

This hotel couldn't be in a better location. It's at the west end of the Charles Bridge. We had the attic room which was huge, but since there is no elevator, there were a lot of stairs to climb. Martin, at the front desk, helped us carry our luggage up, however, which made it a lot easier for us. He also helped to arrange the on street parking permit for us. The breakfast was also excellent. All the staff we had interactions with were extremely friendly and helpful.

Amazing!

The best hotel in our two weeks travel. We got upgraded to a superior room and it was massive. The staff is super friendly and they explained all the area surrounding the hotel during the check in. The property is very close to restaurants and Charles Bridge. You can take the Metro just a couple blocks away. The breakfast was amazing and cooked at the moment.

This is the best place I have ever stayed in! Right at the Charles Bridge, you cannot beat the location. The room is luxurious with a great bathroom! Only 200m away from Carls Bridge. Tight streets. Not easy to find a parking space. We were lucky & got one only 50m away. The hotel registered our license plate for us, so we could park there until the next day. Very friendly service. Easy CheckIn/Out. Stayed in the suite, other than hitting my head on the beams a few times it was absolutely first class. Great clean linens, a private balcony, tons of room to unpack. Absolutely without question the cleanest room I have ever been in. No shower, only a luxurious tub and wand which forced me to treat myself, only stay if you are good with stairs, but the breakfast was great. The neighborhood is ideal (So glad I stayed on this side of the river) Head to Lokál for an amazing beer! And walk through the multiple nearby gardens.

Good and convenient location, next to Charlie Bridge but on a quiet street, 10 minutes walk to central square in historic center. Very friendly and helpful staffs, Peter provided a lot of tourism information at check in, the other gentleman gave accurate directions too. Many thanks for that. The room and bedding are very clean, especially the shower, good heating system in winter season. Breakfast was nice with menu choices. Would stay again and recommend this place to everyone.
