Good 1 night stay for us

It was true to the description, it met our needs for a night, I felt very safe, nice to be so close to the Beach but the road is noisy with cars at night. Outside of building and grounds could use some maintenance work but I felt the price reflected the area and quality of the inn.

Pleasant stay at old Orchard

We loved the property due to closeness to beach. Breakfast in mornings was good. We were surprised that we were put in a different property then the one in the photo when booking. We were put in a room in a home two houses down from where we thought we were to stay. Still enjoyed our stay. All was clean and met our needs.

Lovely Inn and spacious room. Decent breakfast with nice porch to dine one. Check in and breakfast we’re located at a different property a couple doors down, slightly inconvenient but not that big of a deal. Only deterrent from staying here again was the beds were laughably old and uncomfortable. Indents and sagging in mattress visible just looking at it and springs could be felt in my back which hurt for a couple days after. Lovely property and awesome location, but hard to believe they are continuing to use these old mattresses.

Not worth the cost

We arrived to a mediocrely cleaned room, big on the windowsill and crud on the floor. The ceiling fan didn’t work and the windows were all open so we closed the room and went with window ac. The hotel stayed daily housekeeping and we didn’t receive that. Paid 625$ for 2 nights and was not worth it. Bed was like a cardboard box, and didn’t have enough towels so had to go to front desk for additional and then had to use them for 2 days. Told the front desk when we checked out and he said nope we do rooms every other day. Needless to say I won’t be returning.

This was our first time here. The staff was very friendly. It was very clean, comfortable and very homey feeling. The only down side was the fact that there are no blackout shades/curtains. This was the first weekend that they served breakfast for the season so it wasn't that great but the coffee was very good. We will go back again.

Unsatisfactory stay

All the amenities in the room were broken, no water pressure to take a shower, bees nest located oitside of room as my gf is super allergic. Bed broken so slept on a broken bed. Told 3 people aboit it that worked here but said they wernt gonna do anything to help as they are not maids and managers. I reached out multiple tikes upon oir arrival. This morning at check out i asked omar the property manager to talk about these and he was very rude and unpleaset to deal with. Again went no where as i told him i wanted a refund when we got here but noone was helping or anwsering. Said he would look at the toom and give us a call. I WANT A FULL REFUND VERY UNSATISFACTORY
