The room was very hot alright the weather was scorching on the night I stayed . Room was O.K . Functional . The entrance looked good but round the back where you park was messy with building materials . Looked like it was in the process of refurbishment as there was wet paint signs in the hallways . Very good value overall. I was a bit sceptical because I picked up my reservation for just over £40 through the internet and wasn’t sure what to expect at that price point. Car park was free, very well lit. Single room not at all cramped and got a good sleep even though I was facing the road as it is not busy at night. Bathroom suite and shower looked fairly recent and all very clean. Of course the decor and furniture aren’t like your £100 a night hotel but that not worth the difference in price in my opinion. Much better than I expected and excellent value.
