West Coast trains had been severely disrupted and I could get to Crewe but no further, and there was no certainty the rail staff were going to be able to help several hundred people at a late hour. This is convenient, modern and extremely good value. I had a good night's sleep. Check it out whether or not you are going to be delayed!!

Staff at the hotel were all Indian and so kind and friendly - really cared about guests. Have a curry restaurant at the hotel and a small bar. Bar doesn't open until 6.00. Lovely en-suite bathroom.
