Mala atención de personal de limpieza

Normalmente nos quedamos en este hotel, hemos ido tres veces en este año, pero está ocasión fue terrible por qué teníamos intención de descansar (dormir) por qué llegamos en la noche solo a dormir, pero el personal de limpieza hacía un ruido terrible, que parecía que era aproposito para que nos despertaramos para que ya pudieran hacer la limpieza del cuarto, desde las 9am azotando puertas, pero así tres horas seguidas, vaciando la basura fuertemente, que todo se escuchaba, ni el menor cuidado por respetar el descanso de los huespedes

The room was very clean. I didn’t deal much with the staff, but the air conditioning was not needed, but the heating took a while to get it going. I really wanted to leave a day early, but they would not give me a refund for the day that I didn’t stay even though I asked them days in advance.
