The 1 bedroom is nice, its like a mini 1bd room apartment, full kitchen, big bathroom, big jetted tub...never get a studio, its not worth it in my opinion. Staff is very nice and helpful. So far ive stayed their twice and will soon return.

The room and amenities are generally all great, esp for families that need a kitchenette. The pool, restaurants and flat turf areas for young kids to run around we're perfect for us. The only thing lacking is probably the pace of service. They mentioned they were short staffed, so asking for additional items like blankets, towels, taking out the trash, etc. took the full day and additional reminders to get the items in.

Good location- close to Napa village, relatively close to Napa valley and Sonoma village. Beautiful pool, incredibly spacious rooms. Clean, full amenities in suites. Vacation club sell was not overly pushy. Complementary wine was a nice touch.

Enjoyed our stay. Check in staff were very pleasant, however was expecting to buy into their timeshare pitch. It was fun to watch the ice skaters enjoying themselves. NYE party was a hit the band was awesome kept the dance floor full from their first song.
