From booking into the hotel until leaving the facility i was very impressed with the staff and the property itself. The hotel is only 3 years old. The room has a large bathroom with a lovely shower, the room was exceptionally quiet and of course this enable a good nights sleep whilst being situated in the heart of a busy city.

Perfektes Hotel für einen Städtetrip

Wir waren schon zum vierten Mal hier und sind wieder total begeistert. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, gemütliche Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück und ein sicherer Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Die U-Bahn-Station Opernhaus ist nur ca. 300m entfernt. Man ist aber auch schnell zu Fuß in die Stadt gelaufen. Wir kommen immer wieder gern hierher und freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr.

We loved our couple of nights here. So conveniently situated for the main train station. It took us under 10 minutes to walk from the train with our cases. It's a flat walk too. The hotel seemed really new. The rooms were excellent. We took breakfast which was just like the ones at prem inns in UK. The room had a good fridge and coffee making facility. One can walk easily into the old town and the walk is very pleasant. My daughter went for a lovely run along the river, in the morning. There are lots of options for food within a few minutes. We will stay here again in future. Excellent public transport is offered as it's so close to the main station. And the tour of the nuclear bunker under the main station is an interesting experience that I'd recommend! The only criticism I'd make is that the staff weren't exactly friendly. They were typically businesslike and abrupt. But, having visited Germany very many times, sadly, I've become used to this.

Wir waren 2 Tage im Premier,Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich, Leider gab es an unserem Anreisetag kein Platz im Parkhaus und mussten im City Parkhaus das Auto parken.Ansonsten gerne wieder.

Das Check-In war zügig. Das Hotel ist äusserst zweckmässig eingerichtet dh. man hat am Personal gespart. Beispiel: zwischen 17 und 19.00 Uhr ist an der Bar Happy-Hour ausgeschrieben. Nur gab es in dieser Zeit KEINE Bedienung, da der Concièrge am Empfang arbeiten musste. Nur 1 Person war verfügbar. Die Damen am Empfang sind freundlich und nett, was man vom männlichen Personal nicht sagen konnte. Das Früstück ist qualitativ in Ordnung aber doch etwas spartanisch ausgerichtet. Wir würden das nächste mal ein anderes Hotel wählen.
